With significant achievements, Shane has proven her problem-solving skills from early-stage startups to a pre-IPO stage company. Now she leads several projects to scale-up the company and foster daily operation. Devoting herself to a company with a positive social impact is the most exciting thing for Shane. Prior to Acepodia, Shane led the sales team of a Medtech startup and started her side project as the business development manager in a small team that aimed to help the Hong Kong people migrate to Taiwan. Shane majored in Public Administration and completed Women's and Gender Studies at National Taiwan University. She is recognized for data analysis, strategic planning, and sales skills. She is an open-minded person with hard-working, independent, and creative characteristics.
